This sensor is to able execute optical distance measurement on nontransparent and at the first time on transparent material with high precision.

 


Applications

Typical applications are distance-, thickness-, form- and profile-measurements in the engine construction and food industrys by huge numbers of materials (e.g. metal, ceramics, paper, wood, synthetic material, textiles and food).
The system can specified adapted for every problems and situations about the serial port.
A monitor can connect to the system, so that the operator is not only during the initial operation on status quo. By enhance of the array of the products the necessary parameter commands can be given directly across the serial port.

Software

The system can be handle with ASCII-Commands across the serial port. A simply measuring program with source code for embedding own programs is included.

Via this channels the sensor can be triggered and also given Output signals like "oversized", "undersized" or "ok".
