Our products
are general image processing solutions in the area of the industrial application. They are accurately adapted to the customized functions, without hindering accessories. They contain the picture recording system, the optics, the lighting, the software and electrical and mechanical system integration. Special products have resulted from recurring tasks.
- Engineering:In order to implement practical measuring systems, Wente/Thiedig uses established components from the areas of optics, lighting -, camera and image processing technology. If these do not meet the customer requirements, we implement the necessary hard and software modifications.
- Development: Should the personal or purchased standard components and systems not suitable for the solution desired, Wente/Thiedig GmbH implements customized hard and software development, in order to present a practical solution .
- Form and pattern recognition.
Our image processing systems detect given features such as form, colour and sample, e.g. with the
100% - quality control in the current production process, with automatic controlling and rules of machine operational sequence and during the automation of measuring and control processes.
- Coordinate measurement:
Our image processing systems measure movements and coordinates in 1, 2 or 3
dimensions, in microscopically small up to geodetically large standard. We
check the accuracy to size of technical constructions and measure different axle
positions in space to each other, e.g. the swinging and control actuator
axle in a motorcycle framework.
Our interest does not concerns one particular business, but orients itself as a matter of priority to a long-term, successful co-operation, which reflects itself in good customer support and a well developed service offer.
A further corner-stone is our innovative activity and a tendency for continued improvement.
This has resulted in numerous patents.
